What should I be selling?

  • Sell Lifecycle Event Services at the beginning of a solution sales cycle if the customer is considering a key infrastructure refresh such as consolidating to blades, a cloud solution, or moving from a Cisco network to HPE - helping them build the roadmap, architecture, and specify the solution in detail.
  • Sell Lifecycle Event Services at any point during the sales cycle - helping the customer understand the value of having the solution installed and deployed by an HPE specialised resource or HPE authorised delivery Partner.
  • Sell Lifecycle Event Services after the solution has been installed, helping the customer with events such as relocations, firmware updates, assessment and optimisation, or ITSM improvement.
