From support of a discrete IT solution to an entire data centre containing many thousands of devices, you can provide your customers with a personalised support solution which gives end-to-end cover for their IT environments.  With pricing based on needs and usage, your customers can benefit from low commitment at entry level, making quick and easy additions to their contract as business needs change.

What should I be selling?

  • Sell Foundation Care as an upgrade to standard warranty on HPE product sales, when the customer wants purely reactive support should a problem arise and is prepared / able to manage firmware updates in-house.
  • Sell Proactive Care when the customers needs support for converged infrastructure and wants proactive help to prevent problems and end-to-end call ownership, with enhanced service levels
  • In datacentre and virtualised environments, where high availability support is required for business-critical applications, you have the option to recommend either Proactive Care, or to focus on Datacenter Care to provide cost effective support across the whole IT environment – mixing warranty, standard and contractual service levels to suit the customer’s specific needs.
